It’s a non-consuming system for measuring and monitoring oxygen that can be used for a variety of applications; head space analysis, permeation rate determination, dissolved oxygen and more.
Easy oxygen analysis with the Oxysense 5250i
The oxygen analyzer of choice for labs and individuals who need to test or evaluate oxygen through a variety of studies, including package head space, dissolved oxygen, product shelf life and permeation. It is perfect for flexible packaging R&D or QA processes and also allows an easy method of oxygen headspace testing.
About the Oxysense 5250i
Oxysense 5250i is a stand-alone system can be used for measurements in oil, water and air as our Patented Sensor technology has the widest tolerance to temperature, chemical interference, and pH.
It’s part of the innovative line of optical oxygen monitoring and permeation systems and offers an array of extra features, including a slant-top, touch screen display operation, real time graphical and test log display.
Oxysense 5250i at work
The Oxysense 5250i oxygen analyzer offers accurate headspace analysis for packages, bottles and blister packs using the O2 xyDot® Sensor. This sensor is placed in the package/container prior to filling and sealing. At any time afterwards, the oxygen concentration can be determined.
Part of your flexible package testing solution
Our dissolved oxygen analyzer is also a useful solution for package material and design evaluation as well as closure design and evaluation and MAP production start-up monitoring. It is the perfect addition to a research and development set up, as well as part of QA and product oxidation studies.
With an advanced system for oxygen permeation testing, it can help ensure the integrity of packaging solutions and determine the shelf-life of any enclosed products.
When to use OxySense 5250i
The OxySense 5250i has a wide range of applications and is perfect for things like:
Meeting oxygen testing standards
Be confident in your testing process, with an oxygen analyzer that complies with popular industry standards ASTM F2714-08 and ASTM F3136-15.
