Our versatile can measurement system is available in four measurement modes, all with graphical data representation:
• Buckle test
• Can height with fixed pressure levels
• Flex mode: buckle test and can height test in 0.05bar increments – ideal for R&D laboratories
• Can height permanent test – can height test only – with fixed pressure levels.

Graphical beverage can test data options
You’ll quickly get to grips with your can buckling data using the DRT can measurement system. The color icons and simple menus provide easy navigation through the functions of the gauge – saving you time and fuss.
Use our graphical user interface to inspect your results on the color touch screen digital display. Then transmit them to a computer via the RS232 computer interface or analyze them through CMC-KUHNKE’s Display IV graphical evaluation Software.
‘Quick fill’ can measurement system
The ‘quick fill’ feature of our beverage can test machine rapidly increases the pressure to a set amount. Once it’s ready at the starting pressure, you reduce the fill rate to optimize its accuracy.
Can buckling product portfolio
Across the Industrial Physics portfolio we have plenty of devices that are similar in function to the DRT-3000DG Buckle Tester.
For example, there’s the CMC KUHNKE Front End Station – an innovative and accurate can gauge that delivers fast measurements of trimmed can products.
